A meeting to discuss affiliating a ladies football club// team in the parish will be held in Castleiney Parish Hall on next Saturday March 2nd at 5 30pm. If any one has any oldphotographs of the ball alley showing the mesh on top, would you give them to Mary Ryan as it is planned to restore the ball alley later on in the year.
Public meeting this Tuesday Feb 26th at 8.30pm in Castleiney Hall. It is hoped that each household in the community will be represented at this meeting.

This Friday is the first Friday of the month. Confessions will be heard before evening Mass. The usual communion calls to the sick and housebound on the day. If you have a family member or neighbour who is unable to attend Sunday Mass because of illness or old age and would like to receive Holy Communion in their home, please contact either Monsignor Dooley or Fr. Padraig.
